Property Manager - Hale Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm - NO WEEKENDS! £26,000 - £27,000 basic + Bonus - £30K OTE An established and well-respected estate agency in Hale, known for its strong reputation in the local property market are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team and take ownership of a busy portfolio of around properties. This is a varied, hands-on role covering all aspects of residential property management, from day-to-day maintenance queries through to more complex issues such as deposit disputes and tribunals. You''ll play a crucial role in growing and managing the residential portfolio, so a positive, can-do approach to a wide variety of enquiries, maintenance issues and complaints is essential, alongside a genuine interest in delivering great service to landlords and tenants alike.
