Property Manager - Didsbury Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm - NO WEEKENDS! £26,000 - £28,000 basic + Bonus - £30K OTE An established and well-respected estate agency in Hale, known for its strong reputation in the local property market are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team and take ownership of a busy portfolio of around properties. This is a varied, hands-on role covering all aspects of residential property management, from day-to-day maintenance queries through to more complex issues such as deposit disputes and tribunals. You''ll play a crucial role in growing and managing the residential portfolio, so a positive, can-do approach to a wide variety of enquiries, maintenance issues and complaints is essential, alongside a genuine interest in delivering great service to landlords and tenants alike. What you''ll be doing Playing a crucial role in the management and growth of the residential portfolio, taking ownership of a portfolio of properties Overseeing incoming property maintenance enquiries with a positive, solutions-focused approach Arranging and conducting property inspections, producing clear and accurate reports Coordinating with contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectively Liaising with landlords and tenants as their key point of contact throughout the tenancy Implementing rent increases and overseeing potential tribunals where required Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory ..... full job details .....
