Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of properties, providing expert guidance on financial, rental, and legal matters.Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.Organising and overseeing maintenance projects to ensure properties are well maintained.Ensuring compliance with all relevant housing legislation.Collaborating with local offices and internal teams to deliver an exceptional service.
