The Role Manage day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants. Coordinate repairs and maintenance through to resolution. Liaise with contractors and other third parties. Carry out property inspections, inventories and check-outs. Conduct property viewings when required. Keep property and tenancy records accurate and up to date. Work closely with the wider lettings team. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
