Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid.This is an exciting opportunity for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join my client’s Commercial Property Management team based in London. You''ll take ownership of a varied and dynamic portfolio of commercial assets across London and the South East, working with clients that include funds, developers, private investors, and property companies.The role calls for a confident self-starter with a strong client focus. Someone equally comfortable resolving operational issues, identifying asset enhancement opportunities, and representing my client externally. It’s also a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and growing team in an organisation that values initiative and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a diverse commercial property portfolio, including multi-let and single-let assetsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, agents, and contractorsIdentifying and delivering asset management opportunities across the portfolioLeading on day-to-day management issues with a hands-on, solutions-driven approachCollaborating with internal teams (Finance, FM and Legal)Preparing and presenting updates during client meetings and following through on agreed actionsMentoring junior team members and contributing to team developmentSupporting business development through pitches, presentations, and cross-functional collaborationProducing and reviewing service charge budgets, managing lease compliance, and processing occupier applicationsDriving continuous improvement in operational practices, client service, and stakeholder engagementAbout YouMRICS qualified (or working towards it)Solid background or keen interest in commercial property managementDemonstrable experience resolving operational challenges and delivering high-quality client serviceConfident in managing a busy and varied caseloadSkilled at working with a wide range of client typesCompetent in property management systems and Microsoft Office (experience with TBS a plus)Able to develop and maintain trusted client relationshipsProactive in gathering and acting on client feedbackAware of current property market trends and implications for clientsClear and engaging in both technical and commercial discussionsA team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge freelyStrong listening skills and a collaborative mindsetAmbitious and invested in continuous developmentOrganised and able to manage competing demands effectivelyReputation for producing high-quality, accurate workSkilled at gathering data and using insights to support decisionsCommitted to raising the bar for team performance and client deliveryMy client is open to candidates at various levels and offers a highly competitive salary.
