The Role: As Property Manager, you ll take ownership of your own portfolio of properties, ensuring both tenants and landlords receive an exceptional level of service. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own diary and scheduling property inspections and checkouts Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring any maintenance issues are addressed promptly Handling calls and enquiries from tenants and landlords Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors Ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained Supporting with deposit negotiations and tenancy changeovers Liaising with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly About You: Strong customer service or administrative experience Is confident communicating with people over the phone and in person Ability to manage your own ..... full job details .....
