You will be the trusted point of contact for leaseholders, directors and contractors, balancing great customer service with organised, compliant property management. With several RMCs in your care, you will plan and run AGMs, prepare board packs, and work closely with directors on budgets, long-term maintenance and service delivery. You''ll be home based, supported by Trinity''s central teams, and out on site regularly across the region to keep standards high and relationships strong. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Most days you will be communicating with residents and RMC directors, managing contractors, planning maintenance, and keeping on top of budgets, HandS and compliance. You will organise and attend meetings and AGMs, visit sites across Sheffield/West Yorkshire, and ensure clear updates and swift resolution of issues.
