Block Property Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 DOE Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Hybrid Working: Up to 1-2 days from home An established and growing property management business is looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to join its Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within block management who wants to move into a business where service quality, manageable portfolios and genuine support are prioritised. Unlike many larger operators, portfolio sizes are kept at a sensible level, allowing Property Managers to build strong relationships with residents and clients rather than simply firefighting. You''ll also have experienced senior support available when required, particularly when dealing with more complex matters or changing legislation. The Role You''ll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential developments across the Manchester area, ensuring buildings and estates are well maintained and clients and residents receive a responsive, proactive service.
