Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors. Conduct Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify any maintenance needs. Rent Collection: Ensure timely rent collection and manage any arrears.
