You ll have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.The RoleAs Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service.Your responsibilities will include: Managing an established portfolio of 130+ landlordsGrowing the portfolio towards up to 180 landlordsActing as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsHandling day-to-day property management queriesCoordinating maintenance and liaising with contractorsManaging tenancy issues and ensuring matters are dealt with promptlyBuilding and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationshipsEnsuring compliance and property management processes are followedProviding excellent customer service throughout ..... full job details .....
