Property Manager - St Helens Full-Time Permanent Competitive Salary Hours: Mon-Friday 9-5 plus one Saturday per month We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a large residential property portfolio across St Helens, while leading and developing a small team of lettings professionals. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring someone with significant experience managing both residential property portfolios and people. We need a confident manager who can take ownership of the lettings operation, maintain high standards and drive the performance of both the portfolio and the team. The Role You will be responsible for: Managing the overall performance of a large residential lettings portfolio. Leading, motivating and developing a small team of lettings professionals. Setting objectives, managing workloads and monitoring individual and team performance. Conducting regular one-to-ones, providing coaching and addressing performance issues where required. Maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and ensuring high levels of customer service. Overseeing rent collection, arrears, renewals, inspections, maintenance and tenancy matters. Managing contractors and ensuring maintenance is completed efficiently and cost-effectively. Ensuring the portfolio remains fully compliant with relevant lettings legislation.
