Property Manager (SW London)

I''m currently working with a highly respected independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Property Manager. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in line with current legislation. Key Responsibilities Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end. Coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Carrying out regular property inspections. Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs. Handling maintenance issues and seeing them through to resolution. Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Keeping property records and internal systems up to date. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in residential property management. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. Strong communication and customer service skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach. Good IT skills.
