To ensure that the landlord\''s investment is well maintained and compliant. Also meeting KPI\''s set by the Team LeaderPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities
To manage, inspect and maintain a portfolio of residential properties in central London.Maintain Gas Safety and EICR records and instructing works where necessary.Carry out regular inspections of managed properties carrying out HHSRS checks and send out reports to clients.Update tenancy and property records continuously throughout the tenancy on CFP, Repait, Fixflo and deposit records on TDS.Deal with end of tenancy deposit releases including submission of disputes to TDS if required.Keep accurate records of keys held, loaned out and returned.Skills and competencies
Good organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks.Demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken EnglishA minimum 12 months experience in Residential Property ManagementProficient in Word, Outlook and Excel at intermediate levelIdeal
Be ARLA qualified or willing to study towards Level 3 Technical AwardExperience of CFPExperience of FixfloExperience on ReapitBenefits
