Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective tenants. Selecting reliable and responsible tenants. Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating inventories/check-outs. Overseeing referencing and compliance procedures. Marketing rental properties and ensuring legal requirements are met. Conducting mid-term property inspections. Managing deposit return processes and liaising with all parties at tenancy end. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords. Advising on current market rental values. Coordinating property maintenance and contractor schedules. Working collaboratively with contractors, cleaners, inventory clerks, and suppliers. ..... full job details .....
