Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords. Booking and carrying out mid-term property inspections. Conducting property check-outs and preparing detailed reports. Managing day-to-day maintenance issues from instruction through to completion. Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors via telephone and email. Chasing outstanding rent arrears and maintaining accurate records.
