PROPERTY MANAGERRendall and Rittner • £Competitive • Home Based- with site visitsROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a confident and proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a focused residential portfolio, delivering a high standard of service while continuing to build expertise in block management.You will be responsible for two developments, one in Bristol and one in Bournemouth acting as the main point of contact for service delivery, client relationships and day-to-day management.The portfolio is intentionally streamlined, allowing you to focus on quality, attention to detail and strong client partnerships.ROLE EXPECTATIONSThis role requires strong organisation, sound judgement and the confidence to manage stakeholders effectively across multiple locations.You will take full ownership of your portfolio, balancing service delivery, financial performance and compliance.
