Working primarily from home with regular site visits, you will lead the day-to-day management of your buildings, resolve issues swiftly, and build trusted relationships with clients, leaseholders and contractors. You will bring proven HRB exposure, a calm, resilient approach and strong stakeholder skills to navigate a complex client/leaseholder dynamic. Your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly and keep compliance and safety front and centre will set you up for success across the portfolio. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will balance proactive portfolio management with responsive issue resolution, blending remote work with on-site presence across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Portsmouth.
