PROPERTY MANAGER Rendall and Rittner • Competitive • Hybrid - Bournemouth ROLE OVERVIEW You will take ownership of an established portfolio of 18 residential sites (around 255 units) concentrated across Bournemouth and Christchurch, with one key site in Portsmouth. Working primarily from home with regular site visits, you will lead the day-to-day management of your buildings, resolve issues swiftly, and build trusted relationships with clients, leaseholders and contractors. You will bring proven HRB exposure, a calm, resilient approach and strong stakeholder skills to navigate a complex client/leaseholder dynamic. Your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly and keep compliance and safety front and centre will set you up for success across the portfolio. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will balance proactive portfolio management with responsive issue resolution, blending remote work with on-site presence across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Portsmouth. Most days you will be coordinating contractors, progressing maintenance and compliance actions, communicating clearly with clients and residents, and keeping projects and budgets on track. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Residents and clients experience timely, transparent communication and issues are resolved without escalation. HRB compliance and safety actions are planned, tracked and evidenced to a high standard.
