This role involves carrying out property inspections, coordinating maintenance works, monitoring compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine property inspections, including check-in, mid-term, and check-out visits. Identify maintenance issues and arrange repairs through approved contractors.
