Property Manager Location: Field-basedHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annumContract: Permanent Benefits 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Enhanced sick pay Compassionate leave About the Role We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Inspector / Property Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing property team. This role involves carrying out property inspections, coordinating maintenance works, monitoring compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine property inspections, including check-in, mid-term, and check-out visits. Identify maintenance issues and arrange repairs through approved contractors. Monitor maintenance progress and ensure works are completed to a high standard. Assess property condition, recording findings with detailed notes and photographs. Identify and report health and safety concerns, including fire safety, damp and mould, and general property condition. Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers. Maintain accurate records and update property management systems. About You Minimum 2 years'' experience within Property Management or Property Maintenance. Good understanding of landlord and tenant responsibilities and property safety regulations.
