This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day management of residential properties rather than commercial property or factoring. We are looking for someone with direct experience in residential lettings and property management who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, from inspections and tenancy administration to compliance, maintenance coordination and tenant communication. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential and HMO property portfolio. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors and suppliers. Conduct property inspections, viewings, check-ins and check-outs. Coordinate maintenance works from initial report through to completion.
