We''re working with a well-established and highly experienced property company in the heart of Eastbourne who are looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to join their growing team. You''ll be given the ability to run your own desk and focus on the relationships that you foster with your landlords and tenants. This role would suit someone who is looking to take a step back from a rigid KPI structure and join a company that will support your growth. You will really be able to get to grips with your properties by being able to manage them the way you see fit. You''ll also be responsible for: Overseeing property portfolios and maintaining excellent client relationships Conducting property inspections and site visits Carrying out check-ins and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard Working closely with an experienced team to deliver a high level of service One of the real benefits of this opportunity is that you''ll be joining an established and experienced team.
