The role You will oversee the management of our portfolio day to day: looking after tenants and buildings, keeping units let, and protecting and growing rental income. You will work closely with the directors and a small in-house team. Key responsibilities Act as the senior point of contact for tenants, contractors and agents Manage vacant properties and enquire about new acquisitions Assist with lease events: rent reviews, renewals, breaks and expiries Oversee rent and service charge collection and keep arrears down Inspect properties regularly and oversee tenant compliance Oversee the enforcement of lease terms and deal with disputes and dilapidations Keep tenancy records accurate and report to the directors Identify ways to improve income and value across the portfolio Person specification Experience in commercial property management, ideally multi-let industrial or trade Good working knowledge of commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters A confident negotiator and communicator, firm and fair with tenants Commercially minded, numerate and organised Able to work indep...
