Property Manager Location: Ruislip area Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Working Pattern: 5 day week, Monday to Friday Property Manager We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join their well established and growing independent agency in the Ruislip area. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service. Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you''ll be responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of properties. You''ll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed, compliant and that issues are dealt with efficiently.
