About the role: Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns Dealing with contractor''s invoices to ensure payment Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
