The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, providing an exceptional level of service to both Landlords and Tenants. As Property Manager, you will be the key point of contact for your portfolio, building strong relationships with both Landlords and Tenants and ensuring all queries, maintenance issues and property-related matters are handled promptly and efficiently from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in upholding the agency s excellent reputation, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service and ensuring both Landlords and Tenants receive a professional and seamless experience.
