Responsibilities: Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords Adhering to compliance by efficient administration Processing insurance claims Approving and processing invoices Arranging gas and electrical safety checks Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts Negotiating deposit returns The Individual: Arla Qualification is advantageous.
