Property Manager - No Experience Required

This is a varied and people-focused opportunity suited to someone who is proactive, personable and highly organised, with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent service. DAY TO DAY: Building positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants. Handling enquiries and providing a professional and responsive customer service. Organising repairs and maintenance works and coordinating with relevant contractors. Arranging property inspections, visits and check-outs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records. Supporting tenancy renewals, agreements and associated administration. Marketing available properties and conducting viewings. Monitoring property compliance requirements, including safety certificates and inspections. Managing day-to-day issues with a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Enjoys working with people and building strong relationships.
