Client Details Our client is a globally recognised engineering and technology business with a significant international property portfolio spanning office, industrial and manufacturing sites. As the organisation continues to invest in its property estate and long-term growth strategy, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting portfolio optimisation and strategic real estate decisions across the EMEA region Description Manage day-to-day property portfolio activities across the EMEA region. Lead and support acquisitions, disposals, relocations, lease renewals and rent reviews. Work closely with landlords, agents, consultants and external suppliers to optimise the property portfolio. Support strategic estate planning, asset reviews and portfolio optimisation initiatives. Oversee property-related budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of real estate assets.
