Property Manager (Lettings)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager with hands-on lettings and property management experience to join a respected independent estate agency.Our client is a well-established estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management, known for its personalised service, strong local reputation, and supportive team culture.You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, serving as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors while overseeing tenancies, maintenance, property inspections, compliance, and the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio.This full-time permanent role offers a salary of circa £30,000 (negotiable), benefits and free parking.What we are looking for:Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant, or in a similar role Must have experience managing lettings and property portfolios Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, professional, and solution-focused approach Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Property Manager to join a respected business where you''ll be recognised for your contribution.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
