Property Manager (Lettings)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join a respected independent estate agency, specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management.

As a Lettings Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, managing tenancies, maintenance, inspections, compliance, and relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

This full-time permanent role offers a hybrid working option for the right candidate, a salary of up to £35,000, benefits and free parking.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant, or in a similar role
• Must have experience managing lettings and property portfolios
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
