As a Property Manager , you will manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing tenancy administration, compliance, maintenance, inspections and deposit arrangements. This role offers salary up to £32,500 working for 37.5 hours work week plus annual bonus and benefits. You will be responsible for: Monitoring property compliance, ensuring safety certificates and regulatory requirements remain up to date.
