Duties of this role will include Managing day to day landlord and tenant enquiries. Monitoring rent schedules, payments, arrears and outstanding balances. Maintaining accurate property, tenant, financial and compliance records. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, inspections, quotations and contractor access.
