Property Manager - Key Worker Services (Permanent)Location: Berkshire / Slough (Site-Based) Salary: 37,570 - 40,758 per annum + benefits Contract: Full Time, Permanent Working Pattern: Office-basedThe RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to manage key worker accommodation within a busy, site-based environment.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential accommodation, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard, while delivering a professional service to residents and stakeholders (including healthcare partners).Key ResponsibilitiesManage tenancies from allocation through to move-inAct as the main point of contact for residents and stakeholdersConduct estate inspections and ensure compliance standards are metOversee repairs, maintenance and contractor performanceManage complaints and anti-social behaviour casesMonitor voids and minimise rental lossEnsure health and safety and fire compliance (including FRA actions)Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposesBuild effective relationships with external partners and agenciesRequirements (ESSENTIAL)Experience working within a Local Authority, Council or Housing AssociationPrevious experience in property or housing managementStrong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislationExperience managing repairs, maintenance and estate inspections including FRAAbility to manage complaints and resolve issues effectivelyStrong ..... full job details .....
