The Role You''ll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio, delivering an exceptional service to residents and clients while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and all statutory obligations are met. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of residential properties. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors. Coordinating maintenance and repair works, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Arranging property inspections and following up on any required actions. Managing budgets, service charge expenditure and contractor invoices. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety and property legislation.
