The role covers a varied residential and service-related property portfolio, and the salary is 55,000. The role You will help develop and deliver annual and long-term maintenance plans and support the negotiation and delivery of property service contracts. You will help ensure compliance with the laws and regulations relating to property ownership and management, including landlord responsibilities and EPC targets, and you will maintain close working relationships with external surveyors and contractors.
