Property Manager (with House Management experience) Location: London (travel-based across North/Central London properties - Notting Hill, Kensington and surrounding areas) Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager with proven House Management experience to join a dynamic, fast-growing property management company specialising in prime and super-prime residential properties for ultra-high-net-worth clients. About the Role This combined skill set is highly valued. You will manage high-value residential properties while also bringing the specialist ability to oversee private staff and households in private residences. The role requires someone who can navigate the unique politics and sensitivities that come with managing private domestic teams - a skill the client describes as similar to working in a political organisation. You will hit the ground running on both property and house-management fronts, supporting clients who live in or visit the properties and ensuring seamless service. Travel between properties is essential and non-negotiable; this is not an office-based role.
