At check-out, you ll liaise with all parties to achieve a swift, fair outcome and prompt deposit return.Your responsibilities will also include nurturing landlord relationships, providing maintenance and account updates, and suggesting improvements or refurbishments where appropriate.Between tenancies, you ll coordinate all necessary work to get properties ready for re-letting without delay.
