You''ll be trusted with a portfolio of residential developments in and around Bristol, acting as the main point of accountability for service delivery, client relationships and long-term asset care. The portfolio has been sized to be manageable and sustainable, allowing you to focus on quality, consistency and long-term outcomes. ROLE EXPECTATIONS This is a varied, multi-location portfolio that requires strong organisation, sound judgement and confidence dealing with clients, residents and contractors.
