Your focus will be to ensure each development is safe, compliant and well-maintained, with clear communication and a consistently high standard of service for residents and clients. Supported by a collaborative team, you will plan and prioritise site visits, oversee maintenance and compliance, manage service charge budgets and build trusted relationships with residents, freeholders and contractors. You will bring a calm, organised approach and a genuine passion for great customer service. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will balance time between site visits across the Bristol area, remote working and time in our Bristol office. Most days you will be coordinating maintenance and compliance actions, managing budgets and contractors, and keeping residents informed with timely, personable updates.
