This is a varied role responsible for facilities management, statutory compliance, health and safety, property operations, supplier management, and estate-related projects.Key responsibilities include:Managing the operational delivery of facilities services across a centrally managed estate.Ensuring compliance with all statutory health and safety, fire safety, and property-related obligations.Maintaining compliance records, risk assessments, audit documentation, and remediation plans.Managing relationships with landlords, managing agents, FM providers, and contractors.Coordinating office relocations, refurbishments, closures, and other property projects.Overseeing physical access ..... full job details .....
