Your new role We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Residential Property Manager to join our client''s team based in Manchester working hybrid.This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of properties that are subject to insolvency proceedings, predominantly residential, with some commercial and mixed-use assets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Recovery & Valuation team, insolvency practitioner and internal receivers to secure, manage, and maximise the value of these properties during often time-sensitive and complex processes.
