Property Manager - Mayfair, London. We’re looking for a Property Manager to join a boutique prime London consultancy, managing a mix of luxury private homes and exclusive rental portfolios. This isn’t a desk-bound role; expect days filled with site visits, client liaison, and hands-on management of some of the capital’s finest properties. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring seamless service and impeccable standards.Responsibilities

Manage a high-end portfolio of luxury private homes and exclusive rental properties in MayfairConduct site visits and oversee day-to-day property operationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and tenants to ensure outstanding service and standardsCoordinate maintenance and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliantAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide proactive property management supportQualifications
