The Role As a Property Manager, you will: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties using internal systems and software Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and ensure full regulatory compliance across all properties Carry out regular property inspections and site visits to maintain standards Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors Keep clients informed on legal responsibilities and changes in tenancy legislation Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders Property Manager Requirements: Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach Ability to manage a varied ..... full job details .....
