The Role As a Property Manager, you will: Manage day-to-day maintenance and repair requests Order, coordinate and monitor repair works Liaise with contractors and manage contractor payments Ensure all property certification is fully up to date, including gas, electrical and EPC requirements Schedule, order and process mid-term inspections Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date Monitor rent payments, process rent and proactively chase arrears Provide ongoing support to landlords and tenants Build and maintain strong landlord, tenant and contractor relationships Handle calls and enquiries as part of the wider team Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high level of service Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations Property Manager requirements: ARLA qualified Proven estate agency experience Previous property ..... full job details .....
