The Role As a Property Manager / Negotiator, you will: Manage a portfolio of residential properties Deal with day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors Arrange and oversee property repairs Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Assist with property viewings Register applicants and match them with suitable properties Handle offers and negotiate between landlords and tenants Maintain accurate property records Provide excellent customer service throughout the property journey Work as part of a friendly and supportive team Property Manager / Negotiator Requirements Previous experience within an estate agency or the property industry A basic understanding of residential property and the estate agency process Strong communication and customer service skills A confident and personable approach with ..... full job details .....
