The Role As a Lettings / Property Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Ensure properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety requirements Conduct property viewings when required Register applicants and match them with suitable properties Support the tenancy process from enquiry through to move-in Provide advice to landlords on property management and current market conditions Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio Maintain accurate property records and support the office with administrative duties Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy Lettings / Property Manager Requirements Previous experience within residential lettings and property management Strong understanding of tenancy management and ..... full job details .....
