The Role As a Property Manager, you will: Manage maintenance queries from private tenants by telephone and email Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on maintenance works and resolutions Instruct approved contractors and arrange access for quotations, inspections and repairs Coordinate property compliance and safety checks Monitor and follow up compliance documentation, including gas safety certificates, electrical inspections and EPCs Ensure smoke and carbon monoxide alarm requirements are met Maintain accurate records of enquiries, communications, compliance checks and actions taken Proactively progress maintenance issues and ensure works are dealt with efficiently Prioritise urgent maintenance and compliance matters within a busy workload Maintain strong communication with local branches and internal teams Deliver a professional and ..... full job details .....
