We''re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a successful lettings team, managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The Role As a Property Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors Arrange maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, and ensure works are completed efficiently Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations Handle maintenance issues and resolve landlord and tenant queries Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems Work closely with the lettings team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Property Manager Requirements: Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential Strong knowledge of residential property management and current lettings legislation Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload Strong problem-solving skills and attention to ..... full job details .....
