In this role, you will play a crucial part in organising property maintenance, managing tenancies, conducting inspections, and handling deposit claims. Responsibilities: Organise and oversee maintenance for properties, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Manage tenancies from start to finish, including tenant onboarding and offboarding. Conduct regular property inspections, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for property improvement. Handle deposit claims with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. What we are Looking for: 2 years of experience in the property industry, with a strong understanding of property management processes. Full UK driving licence, enabling you to travel to properties and meet clients as needed. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
